What EventoTech is and who it's for

What is EventoTech?

EventoTech is an event management platform that lets organizations ("Tenants") create and promote events, manage registrations and guests, run check-in, sell tickets and products, and communicate with guests by email and WhatsApp.

Is EventoTech for organizers or for event attendees?

Both: the organizer (the "Tenant") manages the event end to end, and the guest uses the platform to discover the event, register, and interact throughout the experience.

Does EventoTech fit my type of operation (a single event, an agency with several clients, an internal team)?

Yes — the platform is built for three profiles: people deciding on technology for the operation, agencies and producers running events for several clients at once, and the people running the event day to day.

Why use a platform instead of a spreadsheet, WhatsApp, and a standalone card machine?

Because those separate tools don't talk to each other: EventoTech brings registration, check-in, communication, and sales together in one place, with guest and sales data kept in sync across every step.

Marketplace and event page

Does my event show up anywhere publicly, automatically?

Yes — every event you create already gets its own public page, with no extra setup.

Does each organizer get a page with its own branding?

Yes — each organizer gets its own page (at `/org/:slug`) with its own visual identity, even without an institutional website.

Does the storefront work for an international or multilingual event?

Yes — the event's storefront follows whatever languages you configure for that event.

RSVP, registration, and tickets

Can my event be invite-only?

Yes — the guest confirms or declines attendance within the deadline you set.

Can I open public registration instead of a closed guest list?

Yes — besides invite-based RSVP, you can open public registration without relying on a closed guest list.

Is the ticket generated automatically once the guest confirms?

Yes, the ticket is generated automatically as soon as the confirmation is processed.

Can a guest bring a plus-one?

Yes, up to the limit you set for the event.

Do I need to reconfigure everything if my event switches from invite-only to open registration?

No — the same registration engine handles both formats, with nothing to reconfigure behind the scenes.

Check-in

How does check-in work on event day?

By QR code or text search, with the option to register walk-ins and a self-service kiosk for guests.

Can I print a badge/label on the spot?

Yes — on Zebra printers (CPCL protocol), directly from the browser, with a USB fallback if the network connection fails.

Does it work with any thermal printer?

No — support today is limited to Zebra printers (CPCL protocol). Before deciding on your check-in hardware, confirm compatibility with our team.

Can I see who has already checked in, in real time?

Yes — a real-time attendance panel shows who has checked in, using the same number reflected in exports and reports.

Can a guest without a prior registration get in?

It depends on the event's settings — when the event allows it, you can register a walk-in guest on the spot, with no prior registration.

Registration form (Form Builder)

Can I build the form without involving IT or development?

Yes — there are 23 field types available, built by dragging and dropping, with no development needed.

Can I show or hide a question based on a previous answer?

Yes — the form supports conditional logic by tag, showing or hiding questions based on the guest's previous answer.

Can I edit the form after people have already registered?

With a safety lock: once the event receives its first guests, the form's structure is protected against changes that would break answers already given. Plan the final structure before opening registration.

Agenda

How does the agenda work for a multi-day event?

Through daily slot quotas, with no risk of overbooking.

Does the guest choose which days to attend?

You decide: you can configure whether the guest picks which days to attend or whether the registration already covers the whole event.

Can a guest add the agenda to their personal calendar?

Yes, the guest can add the event's schedule to their own personal calendar.

Email and WhatsApp campaigns

Is the WhatsApp used official, or a regular number?

It's always the official WhatsApp: sending happens through the Twilio Content API, never an unofficial solution.

Can I segment who receives the campaign?

Yes — by invite status (pending, confirmed) or by a custom guest filter.

Can I schedule the send for a specific time?

Yes, you can schedule the campaign to send at a specific time.

Can I see how many people will receive it before sending?

Yes — the platform shows a preview of how many guests are eligible before you confirm the send.

Store, POS, and finance

Where does the money from ticket/product sales land?

Directly in the organizer's account, via Stripe Connect.

Do I need to log into the Stripe dashboard to see my sales?

No — there's a financial panel built right into the platform, no need to leave for the Stripe dashboard.

What happens if two guests buy the last ticket at the same time?

The platform has protections against duplicate payments and missed webhooks, ensuring the amount charged matches what was actually sold.

How does in-person selling (bar, food truck) work at the event?

Through the guest's prepaid digital wallet, combined with a catalog of third-party vendors who receive automatic settlement for sales made at the event.

Does the guest's digital wallet carry over between events?

Yes — it's a prepaid balance per guest, protected by a PIN, that carries over between different events from the same organizer.

AI assistant and MCP

What can I ask the event's AI assistant?

You can look up guests, do a one-off check-in, put together a report, or even create a campaign — all through conversation.

Can I connect the assistant to the ChatGPT/Claude I already use?

Yes — the connection uses an open protocol (MCP), with an authenticated server, compatible with the leading AI assistants on the market.

Can I set up the entire event just by talking to the AI?

No — form setup, plan, and event creation still happen in the dashboard. That's a product decision, not a technical limitation of the assistant.

Multi-tenant, teams, and permissions

Can I run several events/brands on the same account without mixing data?

Yes — the platform is built for that: each organization (Tenant) keeps its events and data separate from every other one.

Can I give limited access by area to each person on my team?

Yes — you grant access by area (RSVP, check-in, finance, and more), with the right level for each person on your team.

Can I give someone access to a single event, not the whole organization?

Yes, you can restrict someone's access to a specific event, without giving them visibility into the whole organization.

Account, access, and onboarding

I'm already a customer — where do I access the platform?

Through the "Access platform" button at the top of the site, which takes you straight to app.eventotech.com/meus-eventos. If you're not signed in yet, the page itself prompts you to log in without pulling you out of the flow.

How do I create a new account/organization?

Through the same "Access platform" button: if you sign in without any organization yet, you get an intro screen with an explicit step to create your organization — never an automatic or silent creation.

Is there a tier for anyone who wants to try it before committing?

The "Starter" tier was built for exactly that: self-service onboarding, meant for anyone who wants to try the platform before scaling up. See the Pricing shortcut above to learn more about the tiers.
