Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the institutional site or using the EventoTech platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the platform.
What EventoTech is
EventoTech is an event management platform that lets organisations ("Tenants") create and promote events, manage registrations and guests, check guests in on event day, sell tickets and products, and communicate with guests by email and WhatsApp. Guests can discover events, register, and interact with an event through the platform.
Accounts and responsibility for use
Anyone who creates an account as an organiser is responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for the activity carried out on their account, including guest data they upload or collect through the platform. EventoTech may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Using the Store and billing
When an organiser uses the platform's Store to sell tickets or products, payment is processed via Stripe Connect and goes directly to the organiser's own account, subject to a platform commission. The billing terms for an organiser's plan (subscription, per-event add-ons, and sales commission) are described on our Pricing page.
Intellectual property
The site, the platform, its brand, layout, and code are owned by EventoTech or its licensors. Content an organiser or guest inserts into the platform (event name, images, forms, messages) remains owned by whoever inserted it; by using the platform, you grant EventoTech the licence needed to store, process, and display that content as part of the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or the platform for illegal activity, to send spam, to attempt to access another organisation's data without authorisation, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
Limitation of liability
EventoTech works to keep the site and the platform available and functioning correctly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, EventoTech is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes to the platform or to applicable law. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, without prejudice to any rights that the law of your country of residence grants you as a consumer or data subject.
